Skillsync is a real-time multiplayer coding agent with shared memory. Teams build with coding agents together, live, in the terminal or a Discord-like app, then every session becomes searchable memory the whole team and its agents can reuse. Today, all the thinking behind your code lives inside individual agent sessions and evaporates the moment they close. The reasoning, what was tried, what was rejected, the taste that sets your best engineers apart, just becomes tribal knowledge stuck in a few heads. Skillsync captures it. We're formalizing engineering culture, so how your team uniquely builds becomes explicit, shared, and reusable.
