Simplex builds AI agents to handle provider enrollment end-to-end. We automate pulling provider data from CAQH, filling out enrollment forms + uploading licenses via payor portals/email/phone, updating applications when returned for corrections, and performing effective date follow-ups until a final determination is made, all autonomously.

Shreya Karpoor· Founder/CEOShreya is the co-founder and CEO of Simplex. She holds a BS and MEng in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. She previously built software at Tesla and researched dexterous robotic manipulation at MIT.
Marco Nocito· Founder/CTOMarco is the co-founder and CTO of Simplex. He holds a BS and MEng in Computer Science from MIT. He previously built machine learning models to generate synthetic data at Waymo and built data infrastructure tooling at Viam and Bloomberg.
