RentFlow is tackling a hair-on-fire problem for small and medium businesses across the U.S.: the way their rent is paid each month is fundamentally misaligned with how cash actually comes in. We’re building the infrastructure layer to fix that. Today, ~50% of U.S. businesses are late on rent in any given month. The rest face invisible struggles to pay on time, undermining their stability month after month. RentFlow is the first platform to turn fixed business rent into an AI-driven, cash-flow-synced product, underwritten in real time from transaction-level data to prevent financial issues before they even surface.
Founders
Joseph Thalinjan· Founder/CEOJoseph is the Co-Founder & CEO of RentFlow. Before, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company for 3 years, focusing on real estate and financial services. He holds a Master of Science from CentraleSupelec Engineering School and a Master in Management from ESCP Europe Business School.
Alix Maurin· Founder/CEOAlix is the Founder & CEO of RentFlow. She was a consultant at McKinsey & Company for three years, specializing in fintech strategy and business banking. Earlier in her career, she worked at Uber EMEA and Amazon. She holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School.
