Kaigo Health provides an AI-powered outpatient care management platform that automates and scales remote care management for Medicare patients including post-discharge followups, ongoing check-ins, and monitoring. Using phone calls as an age-friendly interface, we aggregate patient responses, voice biomarkers, and remote patient monitoring data for powerful preventative and proactive healthcare.

  • Peter Chien· Founder

    CEO of Kaigo Health, obsessed with senior-care and healthcare, ex-Neuralink & Varda hardware/robotics engineer, started 2 nonprofits (3K+ members and going strong), volunteered 600+ hours at hospitals, ERs, nursing homes, and senior communities, #1 advocate of the elderly, attempting to help solve the aging crisis and bringing healthcare to the home.

  • Lukas Klaiber· Co-Founder

    COO of Kaigo Health, and preventive health advocate - biohacked himself into benching 360+ lbs. Co-Founder of Stanford Founders and Full-stack engineer with stints at SAP and ServiceNow, who built products ranging from AI-powered IoT systems to platforms processing $20M+ GMV. He designed tech-enabled radiology practices at Accenture, worked on Neuromorphic computing with Fortiss, and with SAP's CTO on redesigning their tech strategy. Researched at Stanford CDR, and holds an MSc in CS from TUM.

  • Kazuki Shin· Founder

    Robotics and AI engineer turned founder. Led NVIDIA’s perception and simulation efforts for autonomous driving, built ML systems at BMW, Amazon, and PlayStation, and ran race ops for MIT Driverless’s autonomous Formula team. Earned his M.S. in ECE at UIUC, where he developed humanoid robots for home care and published 12 IEEE papers on human-robot interaction. Also a fashion runway photographer featured in ELLE (NYFW SS25).
