Cora is a mobile app that provides personalized fitness coaching using health and wearable data. Cora is built for people who want structure and guidance in their training, but don’t benefit from generic programs or static plans. By connecting to Apple Watch and other health data sources, Cora understands a user’s current fitness level and adapts coaching, insights, and training plans over time. With Cora, users get: - Coaching and insights based on real health and wearable data - Adaptive training plans that evolve with fitness level - Nutrition tracking with smart macro targets based on your goals - Clear guidance on training, recovery, and progress over time - A simple way to understand where they are and what to do next
