Bild AI automates Division 8 estimating — doors, frames, and hardware — end to end. Bild AI reads blueprints and specs, generates opening (door) schedules automatically, prices the bid, and exports it directly into the ERPs Division 8 shops already run on, including Comsense, Avaware, and ProTech. Division 8 estimating is the brutal trifecta of nitty-gritty details, where typos cost hundreds of thousands, and timelines are tight. Thousands of pages of specs, hardware sets cross-referenced by hand, and a single missed opening that can sink a bid's margin. Bild AI collapses days of takeoff into hours, and clients have bid 50% more with smaller estimating teams. Backed by Khosla Ventures (YC W25).
