Our German brand Beglaubigt.de is the market-leading platform for digital company formations and notarizations - reducing GmbH incorporations from 6–8 weeks to as little as 3 days. Through Germany's first fully automated incorporation API, we power the formation flows of partners like Qonto, Holvi, and Sevdesk. We're now expanding the stack into ongoing business operations: registered addresses, trade registrations, bookkeeping, and the full legal back-office.
