Automat
ActiveHiringAgentic automation that understands context, recovers, and improves.
About
Automat is an AI automation company that replaces slow manual work and brittle legacy RPA with agents that understand context, recover from errors, and improve over time. Backed by a forward-deployed engineering team and enterprise-grade security (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001), Automat runs reliable, human-in-the-loop automation for document-heavy industries — mortgage & lending, banking, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing. It delivers this through two products: Automat Workforce and Automat Core. Workforce - A digital teammate you onboard like a new hire. Meet Ace, a digital teammate with its own email, Slack, phone, and logins that works across the tools your team already uses. You reach it like a colleague (a text, a channel mention, an email, a doc comment) and it does the work end to end, asks when it needs judgment, and leaves an audit trail for everything it touches. Automat Core replaces legacy RPA with self-healing agents that combine UI automation, AI document extraction (IDP), and API workflows in one platform. Automat's team builds, tests, and monitors every automation, so operations go live in days (not months), run reliably at scale, and cut operational costs — with human review wherever precision matters.
