Three Artisans, each owning a whole job: Ava, the AI BDR, runs outbound end to end. She finds best-fit leads across 400M+ contacts (270M+ B2B, 130M+ local businesses), researches each one, writes and sends personalized email and social outreach, runs dialer call steps, handles every reply and books meetings on the right rep's calendar. Over 90% of our customers run her fully autonomously. Aaron, the inbound SDR, lives on your website. He identifies visitors, qualifies them against your ICP, answers from your knowledge base, books meetings with CRM-owner routing and enrolls anyone who doesn't book into Ava's outreach. Aria, the AI AE, runs live, personalized product demos grounded in your knowledge base, handles objections in real time and drives the next step: start a trial or book your human AE. Underneath them is the whole stack, consolidated: prospecting data with waterfall enrichment across a dozen providers (replaces ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism), list building and intent signals (Clay, Common Room), sequencing for centrally managed and rep-led campaigns (Outreach, Salesloft), parallel dialing (Nooks, Orum), website visitor identification and inbound chat (Qualified). One shared knowledge base powers every Artisan. Usage-based credits, no seats, no platform fee. Built for enterprise: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliant, SSO/SAML, role-based access and a full audit trail. Native Salesforce and HubSpot sync with owner mapping, do-not-contact enforcement and field-level controls.
